The Many Meanings of Roses

Roses are red, and they are many other colors, as well. A popular flower, they come in many shades and types. When sending or receiving them, it’s important to understand the different meanings and significance behind each color and the form of arrangement. Roses can be a very special gift, as you can portray your innermost feelings in the form of these beautiful blooms.

When combined, new meanings are formed. Red and white together mean an engagement or unity. White and yellow roses together mean harmony. To express a celebration or happy feelings, red and yellow are combined. Two roses entwined symbolize a wedding proposal.
